Our bed and breakfast is a comfortable, private-entry, garden-level studio apartment below the living area of our home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in West Anchorage. Throughout the day you will hear sounds of an active family from above. It is quieter between 9pm - 7am. It is tucked in a neighborhood with easy access to the city. In the studio space there is a queen size (brand name American Leather) sofa bed, a futon and a twin size pull-out ottoman; also available is a pack and play crib. For your use there is a micro-refrigerator, microwave and hot water pot. Coffee, tea, oatmeal with toppings, fruit and sweet bread are available in the studio. Relax and read by the gas stove, study, work, and enjoy the yard. Kids may play on the slides and buoy swing. The studio is perfect for those having adventures, meetings, conferences, shopping and appointments in and around the city. Our location is also convenient if you need overnight accommodations before or after taking a flight at the Anchorage airport.

Andrea and family were great hosts. Three of us came from Colorado and United Kingdom and had a great time. Beds were comfortable and just when you thought it couldn't get any better, breakfast treats including fresh picked blueberries for us and 'home grown' honey made us want to stay longer. Andrea and Adam were terrific hosts for my brief stay in Anchorage. They accommodated a late arrival for myself and two friends due to some car rental hiccups and were always gracious for the duration of my stay. They also provided a delicious breakfast spread to help us get fueled up for our adventures around Alaska. The space was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.
